Attendees will enjoy a traditional Cajun feast, featuring Texas-sized servings of crawfish, alongside vibrant performances by top Cajun and Zydeco bands. The event promises an array of delights including gumbo, jambalaya, and a variety of handcrafted goods for browsing.

    Adding to the excitement, AARON WATSON is announced as this year's musical headliner. Visitors can also look forward to entertaining live alligator shows and a free kid zone packed with carnival activities.
