Famplified LLC operates Famplified.com and ReminderStream. This policy explains how we handle information you provide and technical information generated when you use our site and SMS enrollment process.

Information we collect

We may receive messages you send us and technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, and pages viewed. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate and improve the site. See Cookie Preferences for non-essential cookie choices.

If you request ReminderStream or Famplified account notification SMS enrollment, we collect the mobile phone number and email address you enter; the product, time, source page, exact consent wording and version; and the status of your consent, phone verification, account association where applicable, and any opt-out. Requests remain pending until the required verification is complete. Submitting either form does not itself start text notifications.

How we use and share information

We use site information to operate, secure, and improve Famplified.com and to respond to your requests. We use SMS enrollment information to document your choice for the specific program you selected, prevent abuse, verify control of the number and account relationship where applicable before activation, deliver requested informational messages after activation, and honor opt-outs. Consent for one program does not enroll you in the other.

Hosting and analytics providers may process site information on our behalf to operate and improve Famplified.com, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. When messaging is activated, the information needed to deliver texts and process opt-outs may be provided to our messaging service provider and mobile carriers solely for those purposes. We do not use SMS consent for marketing messages.

Retention, security, and choices

We keep enrollment and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the programs, document consent and opt-outs, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements. Access to these records is restricted. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Once SMS messaging is active, you may reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
