Tribute to Liberty is set to dazzle once more with a lineup of activities that promise a family-friendly atmosphere. The event, held in the parking lot next to Rotary Pavilion and Spirit Playground, kicks off with live music performances at 7 p.m., starting with the Andrews Sisters tribute by Character Connections Co., followed by The Wise Guys at 8 p.m. Mayor Matt Dukes will offer a warm welcome amidst the performances. As dusk falls, attendees are in for a treat with the fireworks show slated for 9:45 p.m.
To ensure an enjoyable experience, attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs for comfort, apply sunscreen, use bug spray, and stay hydrated with plenty of water. While certain areas will be off-limits, marked by cones and reservations, there is ample public parking around the park, with accessible parking reserved north of Doug Hunt Softball Complex on Reno Ave. This promises to be an event filled with nostalgia, music, and celebration, perfect for creating lasting Fourth of July memories.
