Newsletter Signup Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility:
This Newsletter Signup Contest ("Contest") is open to individuals who are legal residents of The United States, are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
A given contest may have further residency restrictions, such as a state of residence.
Employees of Famplified and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
To enter, simply subscribe to our newsletter during the Contest Period. No other methods of entry will be accepted.
Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected at random to receive a $50 gift card from a local OKC business of their choice. The winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected and notified via the email address provided during the newsletter signup. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner may be randomly selected.
General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Famplified, which are final and binding in all respects.
Famplified reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if fraud or tampering is suspected or for any other reason.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
Famplified is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind.
Privacy:
Information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest and will not be shared with third parties.
By entering, participants consent to the use of their information for this purpose.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless [Your Company] and its employees from any
liability arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
