The City of Round Rock's Parks and Recreation Department will host the 13th annual Family Campout from September 13th to 14th at Old Settlers Park. Participants will have the opportunity to set up tents, enjoy dinner, engage in games, and relax around a campfire with s'mores. The night will conclude with a movie screening, followed by breakfast the next morning. Registration is required and can be completed online, with early registration available for a reduced fee.

Participants must bring their own camping gear, including tents, sleeping bags, and other essentials. The event promotes a fun, family-friendly environment, but attendees should note that pets are not allowed and personal campfires are prohibited. The Parks and Recreation Department retains the right to alter the event in case of inclement weather.
