    The 28th Annual Livestrong Challenge will take place on Sunday, October 20th, 2024, in Downtown Austin. This event invites participants to engage in cycling, running, or walking to support cancer awareness and research.

    Cyclists have the option to select from various routes of 20, 45, 65, or 100 miles, offering scenic views through Downtown Austin and the picturesque Texas Hill Country. Runners and walkers can participate in a timed 5K or 10K around Lady Bird Lake, ensuring a rewarding experience for all fitness levels.

    The challenge culminates at Auditorium Shores, where participants can enjoy a variety of local food and drinks, along with activities suitable for families. The cycling event begins at 7:30 AM, followed by the running and walking events starting at 8:00 AM. This community gathering emphasizes fitness, support, and enjoyment for everyone involved.
