2024 Round Rock Arts Fest and Oktoberfest
The Round Rock Arts Fest is scheduled for October 4-6, 2024, taking place at Centennial Plaza in Downtown Round Rock, Texas. This year's festival marks a return to the downtown area and features expanded days and hours, maintaining its status as one of the region's largest and most esteemed free festivals.
Formerly known as Chalk Walk, the Round Rock Arts Fest showcases hundreds of artists, vendors, sponsors, and regional musicians. Attendees can enjoy theatrical performances and a diverse range of food and drink options, with a notable partnership with Bluebonnet Beer Company for the ninth annual Oktoberfest celebration. This event provides an excellent opportunity for patrons to engage with artists and appreciate a wide assortment of fine art and crafts.
The festival will run over three days with specific hours: it will open on Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and conclude on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
In addition to visual arts, the Round Rock Arts Fest will feature a variety of performances across four stages, including live music, dance, and martial arts demonstrations, celebrating the creative talents of individuals of all ages. The performance areas will include the Round Rock Stage, the Make Music Tent (sponsored by Parents for Arts Education), the Centennial Plaza Amphitheatre, and the Performance Stage. Attendees can look forward to 33 different bands and groups performing throughout the festival!
