National Children's Chorus Fall 2024 Auditions - Austin!
The National Children's Chorus is holding auditions for its Fall 2024 season, offering young singers aged 5 to 18 a unique educational opportunity. Under the direction of Grammy Award-winning conductor Grant Gershon, the choruses provide rigorous vocal training and music education, including theory and musicianship from beginner to collegiate levels. Talented children will have the chance for local performances and, for those in the Senior Division, international tours and national concerts at prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall.
Regarded as one of the world's leading children's choirs, the National Children's Chorus has seen significant growth, expanding its reach with over 35 choirs and 1,000 students across several major U.S. cities. Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, the chorus continued to grow, offering a nurturing environment for young people to explore and develop their musical talents.
