  • October 2024 Rock The Park: Live Music

The upcoming event at Mueller Lake Park Amphitheater will feature a lively music lineup, starting with a Karate Dance Party at 6:30 PM, followed by a performance from Superfónicos at 7:15 PM. Admission to this outdoor concert is free, allowing attendees to enjoy music in a beautiful setting.

Participants are encouraged to access the venue via public transportation, as several CapMetro bus routes, including 20, 10, and 350, service the area. For those opting to drive, hourly parking is available in the nearby McBee Garage, along with metered parking spaces around the park.

Attendees should come prepared by bringing their own water and a blanket for comfort while sitting on the lawn. It is recommended that families with young children provide hearing protection, as while efforts will be made to manage volume, the nature of a live concert can be loud. Free earplugs will be available at the KUTX tent, thanks to supporters at RK Audiology.

Food options will be plentiful, with various food trucks and restaurants in the vicinity. Guests can also bring their own picnic dinners, along with non-alcoholic beverages. While coolers, picnic blankets, and cushions are permitted, guests are reminded that chairs, glass containers, and alcohol are not allowed at the event. Pets are welcome but must remain on leashes during the concert.
