Texas Artists - Texas Music Art Exhibit

An upcoming exhibit, featuring the work of twelve Texas-inspired artists, highlights the interplay between music and visual art. On September 25, 2024, from 7 to 9 PM, an artist reception will take place, followed by an artist talk on October 23, 2024, at the same time.

Each artist has created pieces that respond to a specific song, musician, or musical style, showcasing Texas's rich musical heritage. Artists involved in the exhibit include Amitai Plasse, Billy Ray Mangham, and Sylvia Troconis, among others. This event offers valuable insight into how music captivates and motivates artistic expression.
