The Amazing Acro-Cats, a unique ensemble of former orphans, rescues, and stray cats, are set to captivate audiences in Austin with their extraordinary performance. This group, famous from the Netflix series 'Cat People,' showcases domestic house cats in an array of agility acts, including skateboarding, hoop-jumping, and bell-ringing, climaxing with a performance by the only all-cat band in the world, Tuna and the Rock Cats. The Acro-Cats tour benefits Rock Cats Rescue, a dedicated organization focused on cat welfare and adoption, having successfully rehomed 330 kittens since its inception in 2009.
Besides promoting positive reinforcement training and bonding with cats, the event underscores the mission of Rock Cats Rescue in saving cats through adoption and welfare initiatives.
