This summer, the series of family-friendly culinary classes titled Family CharKIDerie is set to offer an engaging experience. In the initial session, families, comprising one child and a parent or guardian, will embark on a tour of the Taniguchi Japanese Garden. Following the tour, participants will craft charcuterie boards inspired by the garden's aesthetics. The class includes learning to prepare veggie sushi, accompanied by edamame, apple walnut salad, and for dessert, a delightful strawberry shortcake.
