2024 Christmas in the Branch at Farmer's Branch
Christmas in the Branch is a month-long celebration filled with festive programs and events in the City of Farmers Branch, aimed at bringing the community together to capture the essence of the holiday spirit. The series of activities includes visits with Santa and various family-oriented events.
Beginning on November 10 and running until December 8, residents can participate in the Letters to Santa program by dropping off letters at the Farmers Branch Aquatics Center. Shortly after this, on December 6, the Feliz Navidog event will take place at Barney Wood Bark Park, offering a festive gathering for dog owners and their pets.
The following day, A Christmas Carnival is scheduled for December 7 at Farmers Branch Historical Park, providing entertainment and activities for families in the area. From December 9 to 24, families can enjoy Santa Makes House Calls, where Santa will visit homes in Farmers Branch each evening from 6:30 to 9:00 PM.
Other highlights include Sweet Holiday Story Time on December 10 at Manske Library, which invites children and families to enjoy holiday-themed stories. The Polar Express Pancakes & Pajamas event is planned for December 14 at the Farmers Branch Recreation Center and promises a cozy and festive breakfast experience. On December 18, children can join Santa & Cookies at Manske Library, offering another chance to engage with Santa while enjoying sweet treats.
Craft enthusiasts can participate in the Christmas Craft: Glowforge Ornaments event on December 19 at Manske Library, where participants can create unique ornaments. Additionally, the Christmas Exhibit Tours at Farmers Branch Historical Park will take place on select Saturdays and Fridays throughout December, offering guided experiences to explore holiday decorations and history.
