2024 Kaleidoscope Park Grand Opening in Frisco
The Kaleidoscope Park Grand Opening is set to take place over the weekend of October 5-6, 2024, featuring a diverse range of activities designed to entertain and engage visitors of all ages. This highly anticipated event will showcase the park's unique amenities while offering food trucks, live music, and various forms of entertainment.
On Saturday, October 5, the day will begin with family yoga at 8 a.m., followed by the Frisco Rotary Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Family games and activities will be available throughout the day, alongside face painting, crafts, and a petting zoo from 9 a.m. to noon. Baylor Scott & White Health will host a “Walk with a Doc,” and the Plano Symphony will feature an instrument petting zoo. A special activity led by the Sci-Tech Discovery Center, titled 'Exploding Bubbles,' will occur from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., marking the official opening of Kaleidoscope Park. Following this, mini-tours of Janet Echelman's artwork and walking tours by OJB Park will be available. The afternoon includes a magic show at 2 p.m. and the 'Melody of Hope' performance slated from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The evening will conclude with a performance by the Emerald City
