Through captivating reenactments, historical insights, and engaging western activities, BPIR offers a unique educational and entertainment experience suitable for families looking to immerse themselves in cowboy culture.

    Continuing with a vision rooted in education and heritage, BPIR is committed to teaching attendees about the rich legacy of Black Western heritage. For over 38 years, it has successfully blended fun, safety, and education, becoming a cost-effective outing for families. By drawing visitors from various backgrounds and ages, the rodeo remains a testament to the universal appeal and enduring legacy of Black cowboys and cowgirls, promising an enriching experience for everyone.
