On Sunday, May 5, from 4–6pm, the Council for Life presents its second annual Family Fun for Life event at the SMU Armstrong Fieldhouse, a free celebration open to all. Attendees are encouraged to bring children, grandchildren, neighbors, and friends to enjoy a plethora of activities, including delicious food and treats, bounce houses, putt-putt golf, a gigantic obstacle course, face painting, balloon artists, and a 360 photo booth for capturing memories.
The event will also feature an opportunity to throw a pass with Highland Park football players, cheer with SMU cheerleaders, and enjoy live music from The Dad Band. Honorary chairs for the event are SMU head football coach Rhett Lashlee and his wife Lauren. Visitors are reminded to bring blankets or chairs for seating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable afternoon for families and friends.
