Our work is our personal commitment to the lives of others. When we get an inquiry, the first step is to review the care recipient's needs through discussions with family members. If needed, we consult with the care recipient's physicians, social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff.
Next, we work with the family to develop an individualized program to manage the care recipient's daily needs. We match those needs with the best possible caregiver and introduce that caregiver to the care recipient and their family for approval.
Service can be temporary or long-term, including weekends and holidays, as well as 24-hour care. We keep in contact throughout the time we provide assistance through telephone check-ins and home visits.
