    The 5th Annual Ballet Under the Stars event at Scissortail Park invites the community to enjoy an evening of dance and music without the need for tickets or reservations. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and folding chairs to experience an eclectic showcase featuring selections from classical ballet, contemporary works, and an excerpt from the upcoming Swan Lake. The event aims to make ballet accessible to everyone, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for families.

    The evening's highlights include new pieces by rehearsal directors DaYoung Jung and Benjamin Tucker, a performance by corps de ballet member Mickayla Carr, and contributions from the OU School of Dance. The schedule features a dancer warm-up, a family dance class, and a performance, making it an engaging occasion for attendees of all ages.
