Guided Horseback Trail Rides at Honey Lee Ranch
Enjoy a serene one-hour trail ride along the North Canadian River at Honey Lee Ranch, where up to 10 riders can explore beautiful trails and possibly spot Bald Eagles fishing. Starting with a 10-minute riding lesson, this experience is perfect for friends and family, though riders must be over 7 years old and under 240 pounds. Each session begins at specified times throughout the day, and participants are advised to arrive 15 minutes early for instructions. Parking is available near the horse pens or the gravel lot, where restrooms are also located.
Riders must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants are recommended for comfort and safety. Helmets are provided and required for riders aged 7-17, with hair guidelines to ensure a proper fit. To keep the ride smooth and focus on the beauty of the surroundings, backpacks and bulky bags are not permitted, although medical saddle bags can be provided for necessary items like inhalers or Epi-pens. This memorable trail ride offers a unique way to connect with nature and enjoy the outdoors.
