Shakespeare in the Park: A Midsummer Night's Dream
Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park is set to launch its 40th anniversary summer season with a performance of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,' under the direction of OSP alumna Erin Woods. The show, which runs from June 13th to June 30th, will be held in the picturesque Shakespeare Gardens of Oklahoma City's historic Paseo Arts District. This year's season will also feature renowned works such as Twelfth Night, Macbeth, Hamlet, and Jane Austen's Christmas Cracker, celebrating a legacy of theater excellence.
The organization commemorates its four-decade journey with a tribute to the artists, technicians, volunteers, and community that have supported its endeavors. As it embarks on this milestone, Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park is committed to growing and giving back to the community, appreciating the opportunity to keep the spirit of Shakespeare and classic literature alive in Oklahoma.
