Affordabe Art Fair
The Affordable Art Fair Austin kicks off with a Private View on Thursday, May 19, offering attendees with an All-Access pass an exclusive chance to explore artworks from 60 galleries before the general public. The event will also feature discussions on art advisors and initiatives in Austin on May 17, including a panel on Latin–American art's role in promoting social awareness. Friday night transitions into 'Art After Dark,' a vibrant party that showcases the fair's lively side with music and interactive art experiences.
Throughout the weekend, the fair caters to families with specific hours for a kid-friendly atmosphere and hands-on art projects on May 18. Additionally, art enthusiasts can connect directly with artists, partake in print workshops, and join the Fair Director for a guided tour on the closing days.
