  • Austin Greek Festival - Livin The Greek Life Memorial Weekend

The Annual Austin Greek Festival, held on Memorial Day Weekend, May 24-26, 2024, invites attendees to experience the vibrant culture of Greece with delicious food, traditional Greek dance, and unforgettable memories. This event, hosted by the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church, offers a unique opportunity to dive into Greek customs, hospitality, and the spirited 'Livin' the Greek Life' atmosphere. Whether you're new to Greek traditions or looking to reconnect with your heritage, this festival promises an engaging and enriching experience.

Supporting a noble cause, all proceeds from the festival are dedicated to the Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church's Building Expansion Fund. Established in 1985, the church has been a cornerstone for spreading the Greek Orthodox faith and its rich traditions. Visitors will have the chance to explore the beauty of Byzantine art through church tours, enveloped by the warmth and unity of the community. Set in the scenic Texas Hill Country, the festival is not just an event but a journey into the heart of Greek culture, leaving attendees with a deeper appreciation for its enduring legacy.
