Pioneer Ghost Tours
Austin Ghost Tours and Haunted Texas have introduced new ghost tours, taking place on the first and third Saturdays of every month from 7-9:30 p.m. These events offer a unique chance for participants to engage in a full immersion paranormal investigation and tour of a 90-acre living history museum after hours. With stories delivered directly from the spirits themselves, each tour highlights different historic locations known for their paranormal activity, such as the Orsay House, Kruger Farm, Dessau Church, and several others.
Participants will have the opportunity to use cameras and audio recording equipment to capture their experiences, with guides Monica Ballard or Sidney Weaver leading the investigation. Each tour focuses on different sites with rich histories – from residences of the 1800s to a church built by German emigrants and cabins that reflect early settler life and the experiences of formerly enslaved Texans. The events promise an engaging experience for anyone interested in the paranormal, providing both shared and personal equipment to document the encounters with the ethereal.
