The Pumpkin Patch at Sunset Trail Farm invites families to experience a delightful autumn celebration filled with fun and activities. Open from the last weekend in September through October, the Pumpkin Patch offers a variety of attractions included with admission. Families can take advantage of the fall-themed photo spots, a kid-sized hay maze, rubber duck races, pumpkin bowling, and interactive games such as corn hole and a ball pit. Children can also engage with farm animals, participate in a roping pen, and enjoy a scavenger hunt. On weekends, kids can enjoy a free ride on the farm train, while weekdays include a small pumpkin for children to take home.
In addition to the included activities, visitors have the option to purchase pumpkins, crafts, face painting, and animal feed. The farm also offers enjoyable snacks and drinks, including kettle corn and soft pretzels, with a food truck scheduled for select Saturdays. Each element of the Pumpkin Patch focuses on providing a wholesome and entertaining environment for families to explore.
Admission to the Pumpkin Patch is available for children ages two and up. The event runs Fridays through Sundays with varying hours each day. Field trips can be arranged for school groups by contacting the farm directly. The Pumpkin Patch is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, allowing for a vibrant weekend experience filled with traditional fall activities.
