Guests can partake in Keeper Chats to learn fascinating details about the zoo's inhabitants directly from the zoologists. Additionally, the Giraffe Feeding platform at Diane and Hal Brierley Giraffe Ridge presents a unique opportunity for up-close interaction with giraffes, although availability is subject to animal and weather conditions.

For bird enthusiasts, Travis & Zach's Birds Landing provides an interactive aviary experience with nearly two dozen species. The Wild Encounters Stage showcases a variety of animals in an engaging setting. Seasonal programming includes the Wonders of the Wild show in ZooNorth Amphitheater, featuring incredible animal talents.
