Enjoy spring break with Science Museum Oklahoma's camps for Oklahoma City metro families. Early Explorers (pre-K and kindergarten), Explorers (grades 1-3), and Innovators (grades 4-6) will engage in hands-on activities, live science demos, and exciting exploration of science's power! For ages 5-6, "Puppet Parade" inspires creativity as campers craft larger-than-life puppets inspired by the symbol of compassion, Little Amal, spreading hope during Friday's Camp Contemporary Showcase. Pickleball, the sport with the quirky name, is rapidly gaining popularity in the US and offers an excellent opportunity to introduce your child(ren) to enjoyable and athletic competition. It serves as an ideal first sport for kids, being simpler to play than tennis with its shorter racquets, smaller court, and slower ball. Combining elements from tennis, ping pong, and badminton, pickleball provides children with early satisfaction as they experience increased ball contact, longer rallies, and the rewarding feeling of quickly mastering a new sport.

Outdoor Adventure Camp offers campers the chance to delve into the wonders of nature through a variety of engaging and educational activities, including shelter building, archery, fishing, rock climbing, and more. Fun & Fit offers Spring Break Camps along with other school-aged child care programs like Summer Camp, Fall Break, and Winter Break Camps, catering to children aged 4 to 12 years. Designed to engage kids in a safe and enjoyable environment, these programs aim to provide parents with reliable child care while offering children and tweens a fun and active place to spend their break.

Our week-long horse camps are offered during spring break, winter holidays, and in the summer from June through August. Horse camp is a great way to introduce youngsters to the equine world, and all elements of horse care! Children with any level experience can participate, with both Western and English styles of riding offered. Campers are matched with a horse at the beginning of the week, then receive instruction on all aspects of basic horsemanship in a safe, interactive, hands-on environment.
Spring Break week-long camps are scheduled for March 18-22, 2024. Camp hours are 9 am to 3:45 pm, with drop-off starting at 8 am. After Care until 6 pm is available for an extra fee. Themes cater to various age groups: "Off We Go to Trolltopia" (Ages 5-7), "Off We Go to Broadway" (Ages 5-8), "Off We Go to the Chocolate Factory" (Ages 7-9), "Off We Go to the Mushroom Kingdom" (Ages 7-9), and "Off We Go to Hogwarts" (Ages 9-13). Join RIVERSPORT's Spring Break camp at the Oklahoma City High Performance Center, March 18-23. Open to ages 10+ (8+ for RIVERSPORT Canoe/Kayak Team Members). Explore slalom, freestyle, and whitewater activities. $450 or $300 for RIVERSPORT Members. Beginners learn fundamentals, while experienced athletes refine skills. Refundable until a week before.
